HISTORY PT Bhuwanatala Indah Permai Tbk (the Company) was initially established within the framework of Domestic Capital Investment Law No. 6 year 1968 as amended by Law No. 12 year 1970 based on Notarial Deed No. 165 dated December 21, 1981 of Public Notary Koswara, SH. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-4821-HT.01.01.Th. 83 dated June 29, 1983 and was published in State Gazette No. 12 dated February 10, 1989, Supplement No. 204. The Company’s Articles of Association have been amended several times, most recently by Notarial Deed No. 28 dated July 22, 2015 of Public Notary Edi Priyono, SH. The Deed was reported and received by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. No. AHU-AH.01.03-0957617 dated 19 August 2015. In accordance with Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the scope of its activities consists of development and management of property such as apartments, office spaces, shopping centers and houses, trading and services. The Company is domiciled in Jakarta. The Company’s head office is located in Graha BIP, 6th Floor, Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 23, Jakarta.
